CalMix is a joint venture company between CMAN and German partners. CalMix is located in Saraburi, Thailand to develop, manufacture and distribute construction materials in Thailand and to other countries in Southeast Asia.

Northman Company Limited was established to supply secondary source of raw materials, conduct market research and build customer base in Vietnam, including examine product quality sourced in the country.

Established in 2008, Chememan Australia Pty. Ltd. currently operates 2 distribution centers in Hope Valley (recently commissioned in June 2021) and Kalgoorlie to strengthen CMAN’s network of supply and enhance transportation efficiencies to customers in the country and others. The facility has combined distribution capacity is over 570,000 TPY.

Chememan India Company Limited was established in India to perform market study and provide better services with customers in India.

Recently acquired in November 2019, Ha Long QN Lime Company Limited is strategically located in Halong area of Quang Ninh province at the North of Vietnam to operate limestone quarry, production plant and distribution of lime and limestone products to local customers and export to many customers in the East Asia region.

Siriman Chemicals is a joint venture company between CMAN and Indian partners. Siriman Chemicals is located in Visakhapatnam of India to operate production and distribute lime and limestone to certain geographic area in India. The commercial operation has commenced in January 2021.

Easternbulk Lime Products is a joint venture company between CMAN and Indian partner, located in an Industrial area of Tuticorin of India to produce and distribute lime and limestone to different geographic area of India, apart from Siriman. The operation of Easternbulk Lime Products has commenced in July 2019.
