Key Responsibilities
- Setting up accounting systems for new companies or business units
- Provide guidance for payables, receivables, fixed assets and transfer pricing archives and documentation
- Manage finance and accounting related internal controls to ensure the compliance with the requirement of local and TFRS, IFRS standards.
- Validate the completeness and accuracy of the month end closing and yearly submission related to statutory financial statements, including JV validation and posting process
- Prepare account and management analysis information
- Coordinate with Group Consolidation on finance and accounting related matters
- Coordinate with Accounting Auditor and Revenue Department regarding statutory and accounting compliance matters
- Prepare and submit monthly, yearly tax returns
- Propose process and systems improvements required
- Adhoc works related to accounting projects
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing environment, BOI is preferred
- Expert knowledge of basic accounting standard (Loal GAAP and IFRS).
- Expert knowledge on accounting and local tax law (especially statutory related).
- Excellent analytical skills, able to work with dynamic and high complexity
- MS Applications skill i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and able to travel for work overseas occasionally

- Present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in project management, business analysis, or consulting.
- Fresh graduate with strong portfolio is also welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Accountability and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to adjust self-leadership style to different situations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum score of TOEIC 700, TOEFEL 500, IELTS 6.5).
- Experience or knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.

- Prepare, process, and manage permit and license applications for company operations, ensuring timely approvals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
- Draft and oversee legal contracts and official documents.
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle urgent tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and database management.
- Willing to work on weekends when required.

Department:Truck Driver - Domestic Logistics

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver goods according to the delivery plan to ensure safe and timely arrival.
- Inspect the vehicle's condition before using to ensure it is safe and operational.
- Immediately report any issues of vehicle to supervisors and report for maintenance immediately.
- Maintain and clean the vehicle both internally and externally.
- Take responsibility to company property and goods for delivery to customers.
- Represent the organization to create a positive image among customers and stakeholder.
Qualifications
- Male, 22 years old and above
- Experience driving semi-trailer trucks or trailers at least 3 years.
- Hold a valid driver's license for truck type 3 (ท.3) or type 4 (ท.4)
- Healthy, diligent and honest
