Chememan PLC, together with Tabkwan Research Station of Kasetsart University held the training course on food processing from pig
On 8 August 2023, Chememan PLC, together with Tabkwan Research Station of Kasetsart University held the training course on food processing from pig, or the idea of farm-to-fork. Example of the ready-made food from pork/pig are grilled pork, burger, and steak. This training course was provided to both students and parents of Chumchon Nikom Tubkwang Songkroe 1 School. The aim of the training course was to provide all the trainees with food processing knowledge and food products from meat, to guide them for their possible careers and extra incomes to the households. Within the course, the trainees will learn how to grill pork properly, how to prepare for the burger, and how to cook their own quality steak out of their ingredients, so that their food is both delicious and nutritious. Within the course, the trainees were also asked for their opinion and reflections on how best to run this course, in order to deliver the right targets that meet the households’ needs for domestic consumption, and to possibly extended it into career opportunities for households’ additional incomes.
